If you have photos you wish to add to our collection, digital copies may be emailed to Photos@alleyn-cawood.com.
Any physical photographs may be brought to the municipal office and left for Cody Baker. I will carefully scan them for inclusion on our website.
While scanning I use gloves for photo prints which helps protect the photos. Please include your name and contact information with any photographs you submit so that we know who to return them to once the scanning process has been completed. When scanning photographs, I organize the digital files using the name of the person who submitted them. For example: CodyBaker_IMG0001, CodyBaker_150thAnniversary_IMG0001, or CodyBaker_MothersDayTea_IMG0001.

This naming convention helps us keep track of who submitted each photograph and allows us to quickly identify the appropriate person to contact if we have any questions about the photo's contents, date, location, or the individuals featured in it.

Please include any details you know about the photographs, such as:

• Who is in the photo

• What event is being shown

• Approximate date or year

• Any other relevant information

Captions for the existing photos will be added at a later date, as time permits. - Cody
